Big Boilers Seafood may also sell online store products, including merchandise, apparel, cutting boards, koozies, serving trays, decor, accessories, digital products, branded products, and other items.

Services, menus, product availability, prices, delivery areas, shipping options, and order minimums may change at any time.

ONLINE STORE PURCHASES

Products sold through BigBoilersSeafood.com are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, update pricing, correct errors, cancel orders, or refuse service at our discretion.

Product images, colors, sizes, materials, and descriptions are provided for general reference. Actual products may vary slightly due to photography, screen settings, supplier changes, natural materials, or production differences.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Seafood availability changes often. Crawfish, crab, shrimp, snow crab, blue crab, and other seafood may be seasonal, market-priced, limited, or unavailable.

Prices may change without notice due to seafood market conditions, supplier pricing, fuel costs, labor, delivery distance, event size, menu changes, product costs, shipping costs, or vendor pricing.

CATERING AND EVENT BOOKINGS

Catering orders may require a minimum guest count, minimum spend, deposit, travel fee, service fee, staffing fee, setup fee, delivery fee, rush fee, or custom quote.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate event details, including date, time, location, guest count, access instructions, parking details, venue rules, delivery details, and any required permits or approvals.

Big Boilers Seafood is not responsible for delays or issues caused by inaccurate event information, restricted access, unsafe locations, venue restrictions, weather, traffic, customer delay, or circumstances outside our control.

SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND PICKUP

Delivery may be available in select service areas for food and catering orders. Shipping may be available for select online store products.

Delivery and shipping times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, order volume, production time, carrier delays, supplier issues, event schedules, or other delays.

Customers must provide accurate delivery and shipping information. Big Boilers Seafood is not responsible for missed deliveries, incorrect addresses, customer unavailability, carrier delays, stolen packages after confirmed delivery, or delivery issues caused by incorrect customer information.

ALLERGENS AND FOOD SAFETY

Big Boilers Seafood prepares and serves seafood, shellfish, eggs, dairy, wheat, soy, spices, and other common allergens. Cross-contact may occur.

Customers are responsible for notifying Big Boilers Seafood of any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering. We cannot guarantee that any item is completely free from allergens.

Food should be consumed promptly and handled safely after pickup, delivery, or event service. Big Boilers Seafood is not responsible for food safety issues caused by improper storage, reheating, handling, or delayed consumption after the order has been received.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information, pay all charges, follow order deadlines, be available for pickup or delivery, review product details before purchase, and communicate any changes as soon as possible.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with website security, submit false information, copy website content without permission, resell products without authorization, or use Big Boilers Seafood branding without written permission.
