SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to orders placed through BigBoilersSeafood.com or directly with Big Boilers Seafood Catering, Inc.

This policy covers local food delivery, catering delivery, pickup orders, shipped online store products, merchandise, decor, cutting boards, koozies, serving trays, accessories, digital products, and other items sold through our website.

LOCAL FOOD DELIVERY

Big Boilers Seafood may offer local delivery for select seafood, boil, catering, brunch, group meal, and party orders.

Delivery availability depends on service area, order size, schedule, staffing, distance, weather, and product availability.

PICKUP ORDERS

Pickup may be available for certain food, catering, or product orders when offered. Customers must arrive during the confirmed pickup window.

Orders not picked up on time may not be eligible for remake, replacement, or refund.

CATERING DELIVERY AND SETUP

Catering orders may include delivery, setup, staffed service, drop-off service, or other event support depending on the package selected and the quote provided.

Additional fees may apply for delivery distance, setup, staffing, stairs, parking difficulty, venue requirements, extended wait time, rush orders, or after-hours service.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery times are estimates. Big Boilers Seafood will make reasonable efforts to deliver during the confirmed window, but delivery may be affected by traffic, weather, event volume, seafood availability, kitchen timing, or circumstances outside our control.

CUSTOMER DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for providing:

Correct delivery address
Contact name and phone number
Event or business name, if applicable
Gate codes, parking instructions, or entry details
Delivery time and event start time
Safe and reasonable access to the delivery location
Someone available to receive the order

Big Boilers Seafood is not responsible for delays, missed deliveries, or food quality issues caused by incorrect information, customer unavailability, restricted access, or delayed receipt of the order.

DELIVERY AREA

Big Boilers Seafood serves Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas. Delivery outside the standard service area may require a custom quote or may not be available.

SHIPPING ONLINE STORE PRODUCTS

Big Boilers Seafood may ship select non-perishable online store products, including merchandise, apparel, cutting boards, koozies, serving trays, decor, accessories, printed items, branded products, and other physical goods.

Shipping rates, processing times, and delivery options will be shown at checkout when applicable.

PROCESSING TIME

Online store products may require processing time before shipment. Processing times vary depending on product availability, vendor fulfillment, custom production, inventory, holidays, and order volume.

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

Orders may be shipped using available carriers selected by Big Boilers Seafood, Shopify, or the fulfillment provider.

Big Boilers Seafood is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, tracking delays, lost packages after confirmed delivery, stolen packages, weather delays, address errors, or delays outside our control.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Big Boilers Seafood is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping fees may apply if an order must be reshipped.

PERISHABLE FOOD SHIPPING

Unless clearly stated on the product page, Big Boilers Seafood does not ship cooked seafood, prepared meals, catering trays, crawfish, crab, shrimp, or other perishable food items.

Any future perishable food shipping options will be subject to special packaging, availability, food safety requirements, shipping fees, delivery restrictions, and separate terms.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products, downloads, guides, templates, or printable items will be delivered electronically through email, download link, customer account, or another digital delivery method.

Digital products are generally final sale once delivered, accessed, or downloaded.

DAMAGED OR MISSING SHIPPED ITEMS

For shipped non-food items, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery if your item arrives damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect.

Please include your order number, name, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and a description of the issue.

If approved, Big Boilers Seafood may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
