RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Big Boilers Seafood Catering, Inc. This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made through BigBoilersSeafood.com, including online store products, merchandise, apparel, cutting boards, koozies, serving trays, decor, accessories, digital products, catering services, food orders, seafood orders, and other products or services sold by Big Boilers Seafood.

RETURNS ACCEPTED FOR 14 DAYS

Big Boilers Seafood accepts returns on eligible online store products for 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition. Items should be returned with original packaging when possible.

FREE RETURN SHIPPING

Big Boilers Seafood offers free return shipping for eligible returns.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and return request. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.

NO RESTOCKING FEE

Big Boilers Seafood does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

NO FINAL SALE ITEMS

Big Boilers Seafood does not mark online store products as final sale unless required by law or clearly required due to the nature of the product.

Perishable food, cooked seafood, catering orders, prepared meals, and digital products are handled under the separate sections below because they cannot be physically returned in the same way as standard merchandise.

ONLINE STORE PRODUCTS

Eligible online store products may include merchandise, apparel, cutting boards, koozies, serving trays, decor, accessories, printed items, branded products, and other non-perishable physical products purchased through BigBoilersSeafood.com.

Customers may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify, products must be returned in acceptable condition. Big Boilers Seafood reserves the right to deny a return if an item is damaged, used, worn, washed, altered, missing parts, or returned in a condition that prevents resale.

FOOD, SEAFOOD, AND CATERING ORDERS

Due to food safety rules and the perishable nature of seafood and prepared meals, cooked food, seafood, catering trays, party orders, sauces, sides, beverages, brunch orders, boil orders, and other prepared food items cannot be physically returned.

If there is an issue with a food, seafood, delivery, pickup, or catering order, please contact Big Boilers Seafood immediately on the same day the order is received.

We may request photos, order details, receipt information, and a description of the issue. Depending on the situation, Big Boilers Seafood may offer a replacement, correction, store credit, partial refund, or other resolution at our discretion.

CATERING DEPOSITS AND PREPAID FOOD ORDERS

Big Boilers Seafood may require online food orders, catering orders, custom event orders, or party orders to be prepaid. Orders are not guaranteed until payment has been received and the order has been confirmed.

For larger catering, party, or event orders, deposits or full prepayment may be required. Deposit and cancellation terms may depend on the order size, event date, staffing, seafood availability, ingredient purchases, and preparation status.

Refund eligibility for cancelled food, seafood, catering, or custom event orders depends on the order type, preparation status, event date, product type, supplier costs, and whether ingredients, seafood, materials, staffing, or custom items have already been purchased or scheduled.

Orders cancelled after preparation has started, same-day catering cancellations, missed pickups, incorrect delivery information, customer no-shows, or refusal of delivery may not be eligible for a refund.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Please inspect your online store order as soon as it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

Please include your order number, name, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, and a description of the issue.

If approved, Big Boilers Seafood may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Digital products, downloads, templates, guides, printables, or digital files are not physical products and cannot be returned after delivery, access, email delivery, or download.

If you have trouble accessing a digital product, contact us and we will help resolve the issue.

AVAILABILITY AND SUBSTITUTIONS

Seafood availability may change based on season, supplier availability, market pricing, weather conditions, and demand. Crawfish, crab, shrimp, snow crab, blue crab, and other seafood items may be limited or unavailable at certain times.

Online store product availability may also change based on inventory, supplier availability, production time, or vendor fulfillment.

Big Boilers Seafood reserves the right to offer substitutions, updated pricing, rescheduling options, store credit, or order adjustments when necessary.

REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method when possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card provider, Shopify, PayPal, Shop Pay, or other payment processor.

Shipping fees, delivery fees, service fees, processing fees, catering deposits, rush fees, and custom product fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or approved by Big Boilers Seafood.
